Missing as of 11/4/07 from 4533 E. Seminary.
Denarau is a female spayed domestic long hair. She is not declawed.
She is pretty sciddish around people she doesn't know.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Although I live in Ginter Park, my cat may have roamed into the
Bellevue neighborhood where we lived sometime ago. She is a
black and grey striped tabby with white underbelly and a white
left back leg. She is 15 years old and has been in good health as
far as we knew, but a little thin.
She answers to the name "Cheeky".
We miss her a lot.
So does her feline mom and only sibling.I am not sure if she bears a
name tag with her name/my name and
phone number/address on it or not; they tend to lose those a lot.
She has been gone about a week and I fear she's lying dead somewhere.
If anyone has found the body of a cat that fits her description,
I'd like to know so I can bring her home and bury her.

We lost our cat, Mittens, earlier today (4/23/07).
He's about 6 months old, long haired, black with
white paws and white whiskers.
He was last seen in our backyard at 1620 Nottoway Ave.

"Zoe", our female black lab mix (approximately 40 lbs), disappeared
from the yard of our Bellevue home Sunday 10/8.
She is very friendly and quiet--rarely barks. She has been spayed
and is wearing a collar with a City of Norfolk rabies tag # 1826.
If you have any information, please call Jane at 262-4058.

My kitten slipped out the back door on Sunday morning, 7/9.
She is 3 months old, medium-haired, solid white with a very faint black
marking on top of her head. Very soft, loves to purr.
Disappeared near the corner of Greycourt and Monticello.
I am offering a reward. Please, please call if you have seen her:

Hello Everyone,
Please take a look at this dog. I found her Sunday 12/18 around 4:30 p.m.
at the intersection of Nottoway and MacArthur Ave.

She is shepherd mix, approx. 6-8 yrs old. She was wearing a worn out light
blue collar. She is extremely friendly, well behaved and is fine with
cats.
It seems to me she was moderately cared for as she appears well fed but
was very smelly and has some joint pain.
I kept her for one night but had to have the City to come pick her up on
Monday
afternoon, much to my dismay. She does well one on one but not with my dog
Willa. I am asking everyone to consider safe housing her until her own is
found
or even a possible adoption. She has 10 days before any decision is made
concerning her welfare. If you want more info or you know where she
belongs -

There is a very nice dog who seems to be running loose around the
Princeton Rd/Crestwood Rd area.
He has been appearing every other day or so since about 9/1/05.
He is about 70 lbs, with a black and orange coat. (He looks like a Rott/Shep
mix.)
Has followed a few people/dogs as they walk about but nobody seems to know
where he lives.
He looks well cared for, but has no tags and will not come when called.
Would hate to see him hit by a car or anything or go to the pound.
If his family will contact us, we will try to hang on to him when we see
him next.

This cute pup was found walking down Brook Road yesterday.
He's a well-mannered, house-broken, neutered male who looks
to be a Boston Terrier with a white and brown/brindle coat.

My roommate and I live on Fauquier Ave. and last night while on a run,
he found a lost black lab, at least he thought it was lost, playing in
traffic.
He brought the dog home and is hoping to locate the owner, who must be
distraught. It is a very friendly black lab, about 80-90 pounds with a
light

Last Sunday, September 19, we found a beautiful Huskie in our front yard.
I
sent an email to the Laburnum Park group and so far have not had any luck
in
finding his owner. He’s probably less than 3 years old, has a tan face
with a
black stripe down the center from forehead to nose, black with tan legs
and underbelly.
He’s wearing a flea collar, choke collar and cloth collar but no
identifying tags.
He’s very sweet, loves people and other dogs and is currently residing in
our
back yard and porch. If you know his owner, please relay this message.
We’d
love to reunite him with his family.
