CAPS (Community Assisted Public Safety) values the relationships it has with citizens and the input it receives about blighted properties in the city’s neighborhoods. To this end, CAPS holds monthly citizen meetings within each CAPS zone. Citizens in our Neighborhood Association are invited to participate in the monthly CAPS meetings if they would like to do so. Citizens who would like to be added to the CAPS e-mail list to receive e-mail notices of CAPS meetings and CAPS inspections can e-mail the CAPS office at caps@ci.richmond.va.us or call the CAPS office at 646-CAPS (2277).

Our CAPS meeting takes place on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6PM at the Linwood Holton Elementary School, 1600 W. Laburnum Avenue.
