We purchased a 14000 BTU Portable AC unit made by Amanana about a year ago and only used it for one summer.  It also has a dehumidifier function.   The unit is pretty quiet, is on wheels for easy maneuvering and cooled our entire downstairs.  The vent that goes in the window is adjustable. We still have the box and user’s manual for this unit.   The unit info:

Model # AP148DS
Dimensions: 15.7"L x 18.6"W x 35.4"H
o The auto evaporation function and 110-pint dehumidifier remove moisture from the air and transfer it via a bucketless dual-hose system, so there's never a need to empty a bucket.
o Features 3 cooling speeds and 3 fan speeds to keep air moving as desired
o Adjustable airflow lets you direct the air where you need cooling the most
o 24-hour on/off timer lets you determine the length of operation, reducing energy consumption
o LCD window shows you the current settings
o Included exhaust kit redirects waste heat (unit must be vented through a nearby window)

The unit runs fine but is making a funny noise because of a broken part. We had a technician look at it and he said that the fan is cracked. You can actually see it through one of the vents. The replacement part runs about $40. This should be an easy fix for someone who is handy or works with AC units for a living.

The retail price for this particular models runs $500 and up. Since it needs a part replaced, we’re only asking $50 for this unit.

If you have any questions or are interested in buying this item, please respond by email or call 804-261-0131.

Thanks!

Just curious, do you still have this unit and still want to sell it?  If so email me at tim.ethier@gmail.com or you can call me at 804-339-1362.  I would be interested in it for my son's room.  Thanks.
