Balance as of 1/31/2005: $6,513.13

Deposits in March: $1,024.00

Total: $7,537.13

Security Patrol 1,123.57
General Fund 2,450.66

NOTE: Will verify balances upon receipt of current statement from
Wachovia, who now has BCA corrected address. No data on transactions
between 1/31/05 and March 1.

Ad revenues for March were $505.00. Some ad payments are still due,
I will be going through the records.

I visited the new p.o. box and retrieved some checks. Made deposits
and turned over membership forms to Larry.

Made records in FileMaker Pro of dues and other payments, who and
how much in March; set up financial database in Quicken. Reports are
attached. Emailed request for membershp list and previous financial data
in digital format from Lee Householder on 3/11.

On 3/11 met Ed Parks at the bank, where we submitted a signature form,
signed by Mary Garber, Larry Jones, and Ed Parks.
