Treasurer’s Report |
Good response was
received with the envelopes stuffed into the
newsletter. Mary Garber reported we received more than 200
envelopes containing dues. Balance of general fund was $3797.00
and Arch Fund was $4169.00. The Security Patrol fund has
$1030.00 in it.

| Guest Speaker |
Lt. Tim Morley spoke
to us on the activity in sector 412 for
the most current three week reporting period, which was through
March 18th. His officers took 1,746 radio calls in three weeks.
Discussion of lights on bicycles. This is required by city code.
If a bicycler is seen without lights, an officer will stop them.
Discussion of the campus at Pine Camp, and Bryan Park.
Discussion of door-to-door solicitors. They are required to have
city-issued permits, and residents may check on this by calling
in to 804-646-0400. The non-emergency number for the police
is 804-646-5100. The number to report truancy is 804-646-ABCD.

Announcements |
CVS is OPEN!!!
Bellevue Arch – The Department of Public Works is bidding out the
repair of the arch.
CAPS forms are submitted by citizens for action.
Request made for reports/minutes of TEAM and CAPS meetings.
Trees – City is doing basic maintenance on trees at this time.
Trees – SOS, Save our Shelters, is donating $500 to Bellevue for the
purchase of trees. On behalf of the animals, Joan Peaslee and Pixie
Williams are recognizing the support from Bellevue. Look for an
article in the June newsletter!!
