Attendance: Larry Jones, Pixie Williams (for Joellen Davis),

Mary Garber, John Anderson, Chuck Eppes, Tim Pfohl, Chris Hale,
Janet Brown, Kath Sadler, Suzanna Raffenot
Chuck Eppes and Chris Hale spoke about the Arch budget and
presented drawings for the Arch at Fauquier and Laburnum.
A comment was made that a green traffic pole would be blocking
the view of the Arch (nothing resolved on this issued).
Chris Hale has drawn new arches and the board voted on the
Arch that most resembled the Arch at Pope Avenue. Pricing
has been obtained and it looks likes it will cost approximately
$4,000. Our budget is $4,000 from donations from the neighborhood.
The presentation was very well done. The committee attended
the meeting.
Tim Pfohl paid the $25.00 fee to the state of Virginia -
we are in good standing.
